Treatment Timings

The Treatment time stated may include consultation and dressing time and must be deemed as approximately.

Consultations & Patch Test

A consultation will be carried out with every client, this maybe at the time of the treatment or depending on the type of treatment scheduled no later than 48 hours before the treatment appointment as many treatments require a patch test.

Patch tests where necessary are non, negotiable. If the client doesn’t agree to a patch test then the treatment will be refused.

Waivers will not accepted and whereby 6mths has passed since the client had a treatment that requires a patch test, a new patch test must be carried out.

It is the responsibility of the client to be completely honest about their medical history when asked and will be required to sign a consultation form stating that the information they have given is correct.

Angel Lamont Hair and Beauty will take NO responsibility if clients withhold information and therefore results in an unsuccessful treatment or Hair service outcome.

Medical Conditions

Please inform your therapist of any medical condition including pregnancy prior to booking as some treatments may not be appropriate for you.

Punctuality

Arriving late may interfere with your treatment. All appointments will end at their scheduled time so that the next client will not be delayed, and a full charge will be applied.

We have the right to cancel the appointment completely if the treatment cannot be performed due to the lateness of the client. If this is the case full payment for the treatment will be charged.

Cancellations

Cancellations require 48 hrs notice, otherwise prepaid deposits will be lost or up to 100% of the total treatment price will be charged, if we are unable to re-sell the reserved treatment time.

A non refundable Booking fee is required for lengthy appointments ie Permanent Make-up. This booking fee will be transferred once to another date aslong as the client informs the salon no later than 48 hours before the appointment time.

Cancellations / Reschedule must be performed online through our booking system or by telephone. Messages via Email, Text or Whatsapp will not be accepted as we may miss them.

Unfortunately there will be no exceptions.

Price Alteration

We reserve the right to alter prices without prior notice.

Conduct

We will refuse treatment to customers who behave in an ill-mannered, aggressive or hostile way towards any member of staff.

Children

Please understand that due to our business model and Tattooing services Angela Lamont Hair and Beauty has implemented a minimum age policy in the salon of 18yrs old.

Mobile Phones and Devices

In the interest of comfort of all our clients, please refrain from talking on a mobile phone and ensure it is switched off, or on silent, for the full duration of your time at the clinic.

Smoking

It is illegal to smoke anywhere in the clinic.

We have also implemented a Policy whereby Vapes are not allowed anywhere within the salon either.

Refunds

We do not offer a refund for treatments unless we acknowledge that the service received was below the professional standard we strive to achieve.

Personal Items

Please ensure you retrieve all your personal items before leaving the premises as we cannot be held responsible for lost items.

Free Parking

Parking is available right outside the salon. Vehicles and belongings are left at owner’s risk.
